What does "kindred" mean? What does it mean to be someone's "kindred spirit"? These are slightly different terms! Have you been lucky enough to find your kindred spirit yet (sometimes it takes many, many years!)? What are the pros and cons of being a kindred spirit?

kindred is one's family and relations. A kindred spirit is a person whose interests or attitudes are similar to one's own. No i have not found my kindred yet but hopefully i find my kindred spirit sometime soon.

Oh ok I'm sorry for using the wrong name but I like the term kindred and the meaning it has attached to it.

I would have been interested in your opinion of the pros and cons of a kindred spirit but other than that I agree with what you said.

Kindred means to be related or be one’s family. A kindred spirit is defined as a person with similar interests and attitude as a certain someone. I think to be someone’s kindred spirit means to be someone who shares great similarities with a person mentally in terms of how you think, your attitude towards things and what your interests are. I don’t personally think I have found my kindred spirit yet in life but I’m sure I will find that person someday. I think the pros of being a kindred spirit is that you are able to maybe connect with certain people extremely well but a con may be that you don't get a different viewpoint from that person because they see things how you see them.

Kindred means one's family and relations. Kindred spirit means a person whose interests or attitude are similar to one's own. To have a kindred spirit is someone that from the very first moment you meet you have a feeling that they understand everything about you, and you understand them but some kindred spirits enter our lives for even just a moment or a single period. The pros of having a kindred spirit is that you'll feel comfortable with them, have similar values and they will always have your back, they will always be honest with you and support you and respect you no matter what.

I completely agree with the statements and opinions given. I really think that kindred spirits have that connection factor where they just seem to click. I think kindred spirits share deeper thoughts and opinions similar to one another.

I totally agree with this statement because when they state" Kindred means to be related or to a family member, a person whose interests or attitudes are similar to one's own is a kindred spirit or person however you want to say it" I like this statement because you would have to start believing in people in also have trust in those around you.
