The typing of writing I am known for are writing anthologies, science fiction, and a spoken word artist.

My most famous work is an anthology named after the legendary science fiction writer, Octavia Butler, called: Octavia's Brood: Science Fiction Stories From Social Justice Movements. It is made up of twenty short stories; "to explore the connections between radical speculative fiction and movements for social change" (books.google). Octavia's Brood have many different genres from sci-fi, horror, magical realism, etc.
